​Nick Oldfield

Nick is CEO for Global Computershare Loan Services, with overall responsibility for the management and delivery of the strategic and financial plan for all Loan Services businesses.

Alongside this, Nick is also CFO for the US; leading finance, accounting and other related services for Computershare in the region.

Nick spent six years with Arthur Anderson after graduating, and lived in both London and Melbourne for the company. He moved on to Rothschild in their Melbourne Venture Capital team before returning to the UK in 2003 and taking up a role as Director of Corporate Development for Computershare’s EMEA business, overseeing more than 20 acquisitions and investments in a variety of countries.

He became CFO, EMEA in 2007 and re-located to the USA in 2014.

Tom Millon

Tom Millon is CEO of Computershare Loan Services US, including Specialized Loan Servicing, Credit Risk Solutions, Capital Markets Cooperative, LenderLive Network, and Property Solutions.

Tom founded Capital Markets Cooperative (CMC) in 2003. Subsequently, Tom and his team grew CMC from a one-man operation to a leading national mortgage brand, delivering a broad range of services to over 500 institutional customers.

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), Tom is FINRA Series 3 licensed and is a member of the National Futures Association, the Association for Investment Management and Research, and the Security Analysts Society of San Francisco.

Toby Wells

With over 20 years of extensive experience in the mortgage banking and servicing industry, Toby oversees operational and financial activities for all facets of SLS, targeting strategic growth initiatives for acceleration and scale of company products and solutions. An original founder of SLS, his focus continues on customer centric care across the company’s range of audiences, including investors, partners, and borrowers.

Toby also serves as President of CLS, managing and directing all aspects of the group’s end to end mortgage loan functions, which includes planning policies, objectives, and initiatives to support functional infrastructure. In addition to his financial expertise, Toby is recognized for his remarkable leadership skills, ability to facilitate change, and expertise in human capital and development.
