​Nick Oldfield

Nick is CEO for our US Loan Services businesses, with overall responsibility for the management and delivery of the strategic and financial plan for Specialized Loan Servicing, Credit Risk Solutions, Capital Markets Co-Operative and Property Solutions.

Alongside this, Nick is also CFO for the US; leading finance, accounting and other related services for Computershare in the region.

Nick spent six years with Arthur Anderson after graduating, and lived in both London and Melbourne for the company. He moved on to Rothschild in their Melbourne Venture Capital team before returning to the UK in 2003 and taking up a role as Director of Corporate Development for Computershare’s EMEA business, overseeing more than 20 acquisitions and investments in a variety of countries.

He became CFO, EMEA in 2007 and re-located to the USA in 2014.

Toby Wells

With over 20 years of extensive experience in the mortgage banking and servicing industry, Toby oversees operational and financial activities for all facets of SLS, targeting strategic growth initiatives for acceleration and scale of company products and solutions. An original founder of SLS, his focus continues on customer centric care across the company’s range of audiences, including investors, partners, and borrowers.

Toby also serves as President of CLS, managing and directing all aspects of the group’s end to end mortgage loan functions, which includes planning policies, objectives, and initiatives to support functional infrastructure. In addition to his financial expertise, Toby is recognized for his remarkable leadership skills, ability to facilitate change, and expertise in human capital and development.

Rich Arberry

As Transformation Director, Rich serves as the strategic operational business partner to the CEO and to executive management. His primary objective is to identify and implement innovative solutions and products to support business acquisition, operational process improvement and servicing system integration.

Rich has been a part of Computershare for almost 30 years, most recently at the helm of Operations in the UK, and eventually moving to the United States. Rich's operational expertise in the financial services industry is second to none.

Debora Aydelotte

Deb has served as Credit Risk Solutions' chief operating officer since January 2016 and oversees all daily operations and technology initiatives.

Deb is an established industry leader with more than 27 years’ experience in business line development, risk management and operational expansion and improvement. In this effort, she has fostered a broad network of industry partners in the US and abroad. In all endeavors, her critical focus is given to evaluation of new markets and the analysis of the housing industry and macroeconomic factors influencing consumers and competitors.

Deb has held leadership positions in mortgage banking and financial services firms such as Wells Fargo, HomeSide Lending, Mellon Bank and BancBoston, driving expansion and profitability within each organization. During her career, she has developed start-ups, as well as taking industry firms to their next level. In doing so she has been both an outsourcing client and provider and brings that perspective to bear on the operational and service excellence. She was twice named one of HousingWires’ Women of Influence in the mortgage banking industry, as well as one of the “Elite Women in Mortgage” by Mortgage Professional Magazine. Deb is Six Sigma certified, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Communications from Alverno College and holds a Masters in Finance-Economic Policy from the University of London.

Jeff Harry

Jeff Harry is a leading industry expert with over 20 years’ experience in secondary marketing, hedging services, and whole loan trading.

Since 2005, Jeff has served as the Executive Vice President of Capital Markets Cooperative, where he oversees sales and marketing for the firm. He is also a shareholder and managing board member of CMC.

From 2000 to 2005, Jeff served as Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager for the ABN-AMRO Mortgage Capital Markets Group. He also managed all the whole loan distribution for ABN AMRO North America. From 1993 to 2000, Jeff was a senior partner at Tuttle & Company, a leading risk management and securities trading firm. He worked at Bank of America Capital Markets as an associate from 1989 to 1991.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has an MBA from the University of North Texas. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Futures Association.

Jeff Johnson

As president of Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS), Jeff is focused on overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SLS business. His primary objective is to advance the customer oriented culture for which SLS is known, while maximizing a win/win relationship with the organization’s client base through deployment of industry-leading technology and operational strategy.

Prior to joining SLS, Jeff served as the president of Seterus Loan Services, a specialty loan servicing company, and has gained extensive operational experience in the mortgage industry through executive assignment with JPM Chase and Wells Fargo.

Jeff has a BA in Economics from SUNY Potsdam and a MS in Minerals Economics from the Colorado School of Mines.

Tom Millon

The founder of CMC and one of the nation's top executives in the mortgage capital markets, Tom Millon is CEO and Chairman of CMC, a market leader in the U.S. residential mortgage industry. With Tom’s leadership, CMC leverages their growing nationwide network of mortgage bankers for member support, and builds innovative products and services to serve their membership.

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), Tom is FINRA Series 3 licensed and is a member of the National Futures Association, the Association for Investment Management and Research, and the Security Analysts Society of San Francisco

Lucy Newcombe

Lucy Newcombe is a BBC-trained journalist who took her skills to technology company Plantronics in a public relations and marketing role across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She joined Computershare in 2005 as Marketing Director for the EMEA region and was appointed Director Corporate Communications in 2010. Lucy is responsible for building Computershare's global brand and also heads up Corporate Responsibility initiatives for the company.

Brian Simons

The founder of Credit Risk Solutions, Brian's career includes extensive experience in the secondary and origination sectors of the mortgage business. At CRS he has created a visionary model to support lenders underserved by outsourcing options in the modern day industry. Providing high touch, white label loan fulfillment and due diligence services, the company acts as a connected partner and resource to its clients.

A CFA charter holder, Brian's prior experience with Credit Suisse, JPMorgan and Urban Lending provide the foundation to support the company's ongoing industry improvements and support at each phase of the mortgage life cycle. Brian has over 20 years of experience in origination, capital markets, servicing and default management.

Jim Smith

Jim is President of Property Solutions, directing a dynamic national team of veteran industry experts in collateral valuation, title and asset management services. Under his leadership, the company offers investors and residential lenders comprehensive valuation products and services for both residential and commercial loans, with focus on meeting and exceeding the needs of customers. Jim is a Certified Mortgage Banker, the highest professional designation for the real estate finance industry.

Prior to joining Computershare, Jim held senior roles at Clear Capital and Urban Lending Solutions, as well as executive management positions at Fiserv Portfolio Services, Fidelity Hansen Quality, Old Kent Mortgage and Southern Pacific Funding Corporation.

Stacy Speas

Stacy is responsible for leading initiatives and operational departments that include investor reporting, cashiering, escrow administration, customer support and loan boarding. In addition, she is responsible for ensuring performance of independent monitoring of inbound and outbound calls with consumers.

During her tenure at SLS, Stacy has been responsible for numerous key initiatives, including the implementation of the CFPB guidelines, establishing the servicing assurance department and the expansion of vendor management.

Stacy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration - Finance from the University of Northern Colorado. She is also a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Internal Auditor.

Evan Thomas

Evan is Chief Information Officer at Computershare Loan Services. He oversees the information technology team to ensure the company’s proprietary platforms and processes meet the evolving needs of clients. As part of the leadership team, Evan works closely with members of the executive committee on the planning and execution of key initiatives to support business objectives. He plays a critical role in providing technology solutions to ensure a high standard of excellence in client service, customer satisfaction and financial performance.

As a former senior manager within the global development group at Computershare, Evan oversaw a wide range of teams working with a variety of technologies to deliver innovative solutions across multiple business lines. Evan’s background in information technology and financial services has allowed him to play an integral role in both technical and managerial capacities for several of Computershare’s strategic acquisitions around the globe.

Dave Vida

Dave Vida is the EVP of Business Development for Specialized Loan Servicing LLC (SLS). Prior to his current role Dave was the President of LenderLive Network, LLC and was responsible for the Mortgage Solutions line of business, which includes mortgage fulfillment and correspondent lending. Prior to LenderLive, Dave spent nearly three decades in mortgage banking for both large publicly traded companies and start-ups. Throughout his career, he built and operated numerous loan servicing and origination companies including large national retail lending platforms, wholesale and correspondent channels.

Prior to joining LenderLive, Dave was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Acqura Loan Services and Strategic Recovery Group, where he pioneered a non-linear, unique risk-based and pre-emptive loan management approach and proprietary technology. He was also Chief Executive Officer of Master Financial Inc. and held various senior positions at H&R Block Mortgage and Option One Mortgage Corporation. Dave was also the President and Co-founder of City Mortgage Services, building a large national servicing division, assisted with leading four retail divisions, and a correspondent lending division. He worked at KPMG in the mortgage banking and high-technology practice and holds an inactive CPA license in the State of California.

Dave received a B.S. in Finance from California State University at Long Beach where he was a student-athlete.
